About This Notification
CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Biology (IICB), Kolkata has released Notification No. R&C/615/2026 for 8 Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) posts on Regular basis. Post: MTS (General - Lab Attendant, Peon, Sweeper, and related support roles). Eligibility: Passed 10th Standard (Matriculation) from a recognized Board; no further qualification required, but preference for candidates with relevant work experience in laboratory or office support. Age Limit: Maximum 25 years as on 04.04.2026 (SC/ST +5 yrs, OBC +3 yrs, PwBD +10 yrs, Ex-SM relaxation as per rules). Pay Scale: Level 1 - Rs.18,000-56,900 (7th CPC). Selection: Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Skill/Trade Test and Document Verification. Application Fee: Rs.100 (Gen/OBC/EWS), Nil (SC/ST/PwBD/Women). Apply Mode: Online at iicb.res.in.
